Request Prospect Constituency

Note: Your screen may look different than the screenshots in this guide.

Request Prospect Constituency to add the Prospect tab to a constituent’s record in ESP. A constituent will need to have the Prospect tab in ESP before you can add a Plan to their record.

This guide will review how to request adding the Prospect tab to a Constituent’s record.

Note: Only one member of a household will have the Prospect tab in ESP. Please check that another member of the household does not already have the Prospect tab before submitting a ServiceNow ticket.

Steps to Take


 

  1. Navigate to the Advancement ServiceNow homepage and select Get Help & Order Services.

  1. In the Service Catalog, select Advancement Prospect Management > Prospect Management Services (Advancement) > Add Prospect Constituency.

  1. On the Submit a Ticket to Advancement page, enter the Subject and Description.

              In the Subject field, include the constituent’s ESP Lookup ID.

              In the Description field, enter any relevant information about why you are requesting prospect constituency.

  1. Review your ticket for accuracy and select Submit on the right side of the screen.

            You will see a confirmation message that your ticket was received. You can check the status of your ticket under My Tickets.
