Submit a Reports Ticket


Overview


Use ServiceNow to request reporting services including creating reports and help understanding reporting systems.

Steps to Take


  1. Navigate to the Advancement ServiceNow homepage and select Get Help & Order Services.

  1. In the Service Catalog, select Advancement Business Intelligence > Business Intelligence Reports (Advancement). Select the option that aligns with your need.

  1. On the Submit a Ticket to Advancement page, enter the Subject and Description.

              In the Subject field, enter a clear and succinct description of what you need.

              In the Description field, enter more information about your request. Include as many details as you can so the Business Intelligence team can best assist you.

  1. Review your ticket for accuracy and select Submit on the right side of the screen.

           You will see a confirmation message that your ticket was received. You can check the status of your ticket under My Tickets. The Business Intelligence team will follow up if they have questions about your request.
