What PPM reports support faculty portfolios?
Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is the subledger in Oracle that is used to manage sponsored projects, capital projects and general projects (such as faculty startup funds).

Several reports are currently under development to assist faculty and staff with managing financial portfolios. As reports are released, their availability will be communicated broadly, including to faculty. Please refer to the following Knowledge Base Article in Services and Support:
The below reports are currently in the works:
- PI Report- Portfolio of financial activities by PI. Ledger data with projected expenses; Comprehensive financial status report used by faculty, fund managers and department leadership for purchasing/hiring/payroll decisions.
- Balance Reports- Suite of different views of financial activities including actual balances and/or projected balances based on award, project, or organization.
- Projection Report- Projected balances of projects included anticipated payroll and non payroll costs.
- Awards Dashboard- This Dashboard will include information and graphs for PIs and business office support staff to see research award activity, balances and upcoming actions. It will have different views as demonstrated in the sample below.
