How to Use Guided Journeys in the Requisitions Module


Overview


This article explains how to access and use Guided Journeys in the new Requisitions Module in Oracle. Guided Journeys provide in-system tips and instructions to help make the requisitioning process easier and more intuitive. 

Note: Guided Journeys are only available in the New Requisitions Module as of October 2026.

 

What Are Guided Journeys?


Guided Journeys are in-system banners and links that provide tips, instructions, and resources right where you need them. They’re based on common questions and feedback from campus users to make each step of the process more intuitive. 

There are two types you'll see:

A guidance section displayed as a dark blue banner within the page

Provides tips or instructions curated by the support team

Spans across the top of a page, with a compass icon on the right side
LinkA clickable text link providing guidance, usually contextual to the section it appears in

Blue hyperlinked text with a compass icon at the start, shown beneath a header or section

Multiple links can appear on one page. 

 💡 Tip: Both banners and links include a compass icon—it’s your signal for in-system guidance!
