Steps to Take
1. Go to Oracle Financials Cloud and log in
2. Click on General Accounting tab
3. Click on the Journals tile
4. Click on the Change link in the upper right corner
5. Use the dropdown to select the ledger (either UCSD or FOUNDATION)
8. Click the OK button to confirm the change
