Overview
This article describes how to login to UCSDPLAN.
Prerequisites
- Only department budget preparers, budget approvers, and RCAM transactors/report viewers are provisioned in the UCSDPLAN Tool.
- If you need access to the tool, but currently don't have access, reference the How to Request Access to UCSDPLAN KBA which outlines the required steps to formally request access.
- If you are unsure whether you should be provisioned to this tool, please contact the fiscal contact in your VC office before proceeding.
Next Steps
Log in Using Single Sign-On in Oracle
1. Navigate to the appropriate UCSDPLAN environment:
- The Production environment is at ucsdplan.ucsd.edu.
- The QA/Training environment is at qa-ucsdplan.ucsd.edu.
- NOTE: The Production environment should only be used for live data, while the Training environment may contain test data for training purposes.
2. Click on the UCSD Single Sign-On button to the right.
Do not enter login credentials under Traditional Cloud Account.
3. UCSD Single Sign-On page will display.
4. Enter your AD User Name and Password.
5. Click the Login button.
