How to Lift Concur Travel or Event Request Commitments


This KBA will instruct the user in lifting their Concur-related Commitments by Closing/Inactivating their Travel and Event Requests

Steps to Take

If you are a Delegate, ensure to act on behalf of the employee user/traveler before performing these steps

1. Log into Concur

2. Select the Request module from the top of the screen

3. A list of active Requests will display

4. Select the Request with the Commitment

5. Select the Close/Inactivate Request button

6. Select OK

7. A negative Commitment line will appear on the Project the next day
