Overview
This article describes how to login to the Oracle Planning and Budgeting Tool (EPBCS).
Prerequisites
- Only department budget preparers, budget approvers, and RCAM transactors/report viewers are provisioned in the Oracle Planning and Budgeting Tool.
- If you need access to the tool, but currently don't have access, reference the How to Request Access to Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) KBA which outlines the required steps to formally request access.
- If you are unsure whether you should be provisioned to this tool, please contact the fiscal contact in your VC office before proceeding.
Next Steps
Log in Using Single Sign-On in Oracle
1. Navigate to the appropriate EPBCS environment:
- The Production environment is at epbcs.ucsd.edu.
- The QA/Training environment is at qa-epbcs.ucsd.edu.
- NOTE: The Production environment should only be used for live data, while the Training environment may contain test data for training purposes.
2. Click on the UCSD Single Sign-On button to the right.
Do not enter login credentials under Traditional Cloud Account.
3. UCSD Single Sign-On page will display.
4. Enter your AD User Name and Password.
5. Click the Login button.
