How to Adjust Customer Invoices in the Receivables Module

This article will demonstrate how to adjust customer invoices in the Receivables Module of Oracle

Critical Concepts


Steps to Take


  1. Go to Oracle Financial Cloud
  2. Select Company Single Sign-On and use your Single Sign-On credentials ti Sign In
  3. Select Billing and Receivables > Billing
  4. Click on the Search icon to the right and enter one required field

5. Select the desired Transaction Number

6. Then open the Actions dropdown and select Manage Adjustments

7. Select Actions > Create or the "+" sign

8. Enter the required fields:

9. Provide an Adjustment Reason and Comments, then Submit. The Adjustment will route for approval to the AR Team
