This article provides insight on the capabilities of a user and delegate in Concur.
Essential Information
- All faculty and staff with Single Sign-On are users.
- Faculty and staff may add authorized individuals as delegates to prepare Concur Requests or Expense Reports on their behalf.

- If you need to be added as a delegate for more than 10 people check out the Mass Delegate Import Process KB0034687: How to get Added as a Delegate for Multiple Concur Users (+10).
- For certain policies (i.e. Travel and PCard), the user must review and submit the delegate-prepared Expense Report or Request in order to certify the accuracy of the expenses and/or information.
