Overview
This article describes how to purchase using the Punchouts in Oracle Procurement, and which goods and services are offered by the different Punchouts.
Essential Information
- Punchouts are agreement supplier websites linked from Oracle Procurement which are populated with negotiated UC pricing.
- While the catalog in Oracle Procurement contains a selection of items from our agreement suppliers, the Punchouts showcase the supplier's full catalog.
- If something does not appear in the Punchouts, it can still be ordered via the Request Forms.
- Before ordering from the Punchouts, you must default a deliver-to location in your Profile.
Next Steps
Navigate to Oracle Procurement
- Go here
- Click Company Single Sign-On.
- Sign in with your Active Directory information.
- Click Procure to Pay.
- Click Purchase Requisitions
Select a Punchout
- On the Oracle Procurement homepage, in Top Categories, click All Punchouts.
- Click on one of the available Punchouts:
- Amazon: items across several commodities
- B&H Photo: photo, video, and pro audio products
- BKM Officeworks: furniture
- CDWG: computer peripherals
- Dell: computers
- Fisher Scientific: lab supplies
- Grainger: tools and hardware
- HD Supply: repair and maintenance materials
- Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT): oligo and DNA sequencing
- Life Technologies: lab supplies
- McKesson: medical and surgical equipment
- Medline: medical and surgical equipment
- Office Depot: office supplies
- Retrogen: genomics and DNA sequencing
- SHI: computer software
- Sigma-Aldrich: lab supplies
- VWR: lab supplies
- Waxie: janitorial supplies
Shop within the Punchout
- Add items to your cart in the Punchout of your choice, and checkout when finished.
- When you checkout in the Punchout, you will be transferred back to Oracle Procurement.
