1. Log into Concur using your Single Sign-On
2. Select the Requests module at the top of the page
3. Select the Request
4. Select the Approval Flow tab, the Approval Flow reads from top to bottom
5. To view the detailed Audit Trail, select the Audit Trail tab, which provides, Date/Time, Updated By, Action and Description

3. Select the desired Expense Report
4. Select Report Details, then select Report Timeline from the drop-down menu
5. The Approval Flow reads from top to bottom
6. Select the Audit Trail tab, to view the detailed audit trail, which provides, Date/Time, Updated By, Action and Description
