Budget & Finance Knowledge Base - How to Change to UCSD Ledger from Journals

Overview

This article describes how to change the ledger in Oracle.

All employees need inquiry and reporting roles assigned before using this article:
- To request inquiry and reporting, please refer to KB0033631: How to Request Oracle System Roles (Standard Roles).

1. Go to Oracle Financials Cloud and log in:

2. Click on General Accounting tab.

3. Click on the Journals tile.

4. Click on the Change link in the upper right corner.

5. Use the dropdown to select the ledger (either UCSD or FOUNDATION).

8. Click the OK button to confirm the change.
