Overview
This article demonstrates how to log into Concur.
Essential Information
- All active UC San Diego employees will automatically have access to login to Concur.
- If you're an active employee and are unable to login, submit a Services & Support case and provide your name and UC Path Employee ID.
- Sponsored affiliates should work with their department's DSA to establish access, provided they have access to Oracle.
- Student employees will be able to login to Concur.
- Students who do not have employee status will not be able to login to Concur.
- If a student needs to be reimbursed for travel/event expenses, their department will need to reimburse them as a Guest Traveler.
- To get reimbursed as a Guest Traveler, the student will need to register as a payee in PaymentWorks.
- Refer to the Oracle and Concur Role Requests Blink page for information on how to gain access and other permissions in Concur.
- Any issues with your AD Username or Password, should be reported to ITS.

1. To login, you can go to Blink (blink.ucsd.edu) and then select Concur Travel & Expense from the Business dropdown OR type in concur.ucsd.edu into your browser.

2. If this is your first time logging into Concur, you will be asked to select between UC Office of the President or UC San Diego, select UC San Diego.
3. If you accidentally select UC Office of the President, clear your browser history and cache, and repeat Step #1, and select UC San Diego.

4. UC San Diego Single Sign-On displays, you will be prompted to enter your Active Directory (AD) or Business Systems credentials.
5. Click Login

6. The Concur homepage will display.
