Steps to Take

To Return a Package

  1. Contact the vendor you’re returning the item to and obtain an RMA number
  2. Log on to the Logistics Portal (VPN required)
  3. On the homepage, click on the Logistics Request Form button
  4. In Request Type, select Return to Vendor
  5. Complete the form and submit
  6. Prepare your package by printing the emailed form and attaching it to your return item
  7. A Logistics driver will pick up the package within 1-2 business days
