This article describes how to add a Deliver-To Location to your Profile in Oracle Procurement and view a list of all Deliver-To Locations available in Oracle.

Essential Information

---

• A Deliver-To Location must be added to your Profile Requisition Preferences in Oracle Procurement before accessing punchouts, opening request forms, using the catalog, or editing requisitions pending your approval.
• The room number cannot be defaulted in your profile and must be populated during checkout in the Room Number field.
• Your default address should be the one with Preferred in the title.
  
  • Direct addresses are often used for dry ice or liquid nitrogen orders but should not otherwise be used.

Available Deliver-to Locations

1. Click here to view a full list of addresses, excluding personal addresses, available for selection in Oracle Procurement.
2. In the downloaded spreadsheet, use the search terms located in column A or C when searching for address in Oracle Procurement.

Add your Deliver-to Location to your Profile

1. Click the gear icon next to the actions dropdown to edit Preferences. 

2. In the Preferences panel that appears, in the Deliver-To Location text field, search for your address. 

3. If you are having trouble, enter the short keyword to search for your address provided above in Deliver-to Location list.

1. a. Try both keywords and building acronyms, e.g. BSB, ACTRI, student, med, etc.

4. Select the desired address, and then click Update. The selected address is now saved as the default Deliver-To Location in your Profile.
