How to Reconcile a Human Subject Procurement Card Transaction

This Knowledge Base Article will demonstrate how to reconcile Human Subject Procurement Card charges onto an Expense Report

Steps to Take


To View your Card Charges

1. Log into Concur using your Single Sign-On, from the top of the screen, select the Expense module

a. The Report Library screen displays

2. Scroll down until you see your card charges

3. You are able to click on an individual charge to view transaction details (if available)

To Reconcile Human Subject Procurement Card Charges onto an Expense Report

1. First, create a new Procurement Card Expense Report, depending on the nature of the charges, refer to this Knowledge Base Article
2. Once you have created the Report, navigate to the Manage Expenses tab

3. Select Add Expense

4. All available card charges will be displayed, check the box next to the desired Expense(s) and select Add to Report 

5. Some card charges will have Expense information already added to the charge, others will require manual input by the user

a. To add additional information, hover your cursor over the charge to highlight it and select the highlighted charge

6. Enter any pertinent information related to the charge, all fields with a red asterisk are required

7. If it is necessary to provide support documentation, attach it, by selecting the Attach Receipt Image box and follow the instructions to attach a document

Acceptable file formats in Concur: 

.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .tif, or .tiff – 5MB limit per file

8. Once the Expense information and any other required information is added to the charge, select Save Expense

9. After all expenses have been added to the Expense Report, select Submit Report

10. Once the Expense Report has been submitted and approved, the card charge will have been reconciled
