How to Multi-Edit Requisition Lines in Oracle Procurement

This article highlights how to use the multi-edit button when editing Requisition Lines.

Navigate to Oracle

  1. Login here
  2. In Procure to Pay, click Purchase Requisitions (New).

Edit Multiple Lines

  1. Navigate to the Requisition by either accessing the Cart or My Requisitions.
  2. Click on the boxes next to the desired lines or click on the box at the top to select all lines.

              3. Click Edit Multiple.

               4. Enter the following information:

    1. Project/POETAF information, if applicable, including:
      1. Project
      2. Task
      3. Expenditure Item Date
      4. Expenditure Type
      5. Expenditure Organization
      6. Contract Number
      7. Funding Source
    2. Budget Date: today's date unless your Fund Manager says otherwise.
    3. Chart string: charge account
    4. For additional guidance on populating the billing information, please refer to KB0033177: How to Complete the Billing Section During Checkout in Oracle.

                 5. At the bottom of the dialog box, click Update.
