Overview
This article describes how to login to the Oracle Planning and Budgeting Tool (EPBCS).
Prerequisites
- Only department budget preparers and approvers are provisioned in the Oracle Planning and Budgeting Tool.
- If you are unsure whether or not you should be provisioned to this tool, please contact the fiscal contact in your VC office before proceeding.
Next Steps
Login Using Single Sign-On in Oracle
1. Go to the Oracle Planning and Budgeting Tool (Training Environment).
2. Click on the Company Sign In button to the right.
Do not enter login credentials under Traditional Cloud Account.
3. The Oracle Planning and Budgeting Tool authentication process routes through Oracle Financials Cloud (OFC), you will be redirected to another Oracle Sign In screen.
4. Select the blue Company Single Sign-On button.
5. UCSD Single Sign-On page will display.
6. Enter your AD User name and Password.
7. Click the Login button.
8. If your prefer to login with UCSD Business Systems account, select Business Systems.
9. Login using your Business System Account ID and Password and click Login.
