A billing statement is a monthly snapshot of your account. It shows all charges and payments applied up to the date the statement was generated. Any activity occurring after that date will appear on the following month's statement.

• Billing Statement: A fixed PDF/record of a specific month.
• Account History: A real-time, live view of all transactions. To view your live feed, log in to TritonPay and navigate to the Activity Details tab.

 

How to View Your Statements

You can access available billing statements, dating back to July 2023, directly through your student portal:

1. Log in to TritonPay.
2. Navigate to the Statements tab and select it.
3. Choose the specific statement, based on month and year, wish to view or download.

 

Requesting Older Statements

If you require statements before July 2023 (for example, for tax purposes or external reimbursement):

• Please submit a ticket to Student Financial Solutions.
• Include the specific date range or quarters you need in your request.
