Release 14.33.0 introduced the following fix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on March 26, 2025.
HR Service Delivery
- Added the General Inquiry - GEPA (Graduate Education and Postdoctoral Affairs) HR Service to the new HR Case Creation menu. Agents will now be able to create cases assigned for this HR organization.
- Emails sent to the sb791-gepa@ucsd.edu email address will create an HR case assigned to HR-AcademicStudentEmployees under this new General Inquiry - GEPA HR Service.
Employee Center Portal
- Added the ability to comment for approving RITMs in the ESC Tasks portal.
Request Catalog
- Made verbiage changes to the SPARCM Access Request form.
- Added fields to the Advancement Confidentiality Agreement form.
- Adjusted Submit a Ticket to ITS form to auto route Police related tickets to ITS-FieldSupport-EastCampus.
- Replaced all iPad Air 11"/13" models on the Order Computer Equipment form with the newest model.
Agent View
- Fixed CMDB Workspace and restricted access.
- Created new roles granting CMDB write access to ITS-CIOps and ITS-AP assignment groups.
- Added a "CMDB Lists" menu under the application navigator for ITS agents.
New Groups
- The EVC-GPS Assignment Group is now live in production.
