Release 15.8.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on October 15, 2025.
Request Catalog/Service Portal
- Updated the Flu Attestation form for the 2025-2026 academic year.
- Adding KB to Advancement portal.
- Added new case type field to Request New Inbound Action form, linked case type to the "Set case type" field on the Inbound Alias Configuration
- Edited option wording to "Order a new computer or computer equipment for myself or my team"
- Adjusted task routing based on destination of the hardware being reassigned
- Updated "pick up" task with additional information re: the recipient and destination, if available
- Automatically adds the recipient of the hardware to the external watchlist of the RITM, if available
- RITM descriptions updated to be more informative
- Updated map link to The Hive
- Fixed issue with asset substate automation upon closure of "pick up" task
Integrations
- Additional field mappings and data cleanup for Little Forest integration for website CIs.
- Updated the Jamf integration flow to pull data and set the "EDR installed" flag to true/false in the CMDB.
- Created AVDI Request Form with Jira integration to create a task. Please refer to this Collab for details on when the Jira integration is triggered, when it breaks during testing, and how to fix the break.

- Updates to HR Workspace Dashboards page.
- Fixed the event date selection logic, fixed room selection information in Agent Workspace
