Release 15.13.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on November 19, 2025.
Case Management
- Updated notifications to not notify assignment group / assignee if the case is tied to a parent to prevent email blasts.
Human Resources
- Added notifications to HR cases when the case is in Awaiting Acceptance status, where the main contact is not Guest Contact.
- Fixed an issue with notifications not going out when a comment was made on an HR case while the status was in Awaiting Acceptance
- HR cases transferred to another service will now have the same status as the original case. They will no longer reset to "Draft".
Platform
- Dynamic Translation is now available to translate field names, as well as short description and long description values into your local setting. To begin, English & Spanish are available language. See this article for more information.
Request Catalog
- The PPM Recharge Request Form is now live.
- On the Submit a Student Form for Packages / Location, adjusted the information displayed on the case view: new HDH communities are now shown properly
