The following article goes over how to use Knowledge Article templates and what templates are available for use.

If you find a need for an article template that is outside of the following article types, please submit a ticket to the Service Desk at servicedesk@ucsd.edu. 

How to Access Templates


  1. Open up an article to create/edit

  2. Click on the ellipsis menu button on the top right

  3. Click "Toggle Template Bar"

  4. You can now see the pre-made templates at the bottom. Click on one to use.
