Release 9.6.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on April 21, 2021.
Platform
- To prevent response templates from appearing globally for all agents, we have updated the "group visibility" field for response templates to be required when creating new templates.
- We have added the generic UCSD logo to the 'Mentioned' email notification.
Request Catalog
- We added functionality on the Budget & Finance Enhancement forms to copy attachments from parent RITM to its child case.
- We have updated workflows that send approvals to ITS-SNOW to instead send the approvals to ITS-SNOW-Approvers.
- We have updated the Walk-Me form submissions to auto-assign to ITS-WalkMe.
- We have updated the backend of all Oracle & Concur requests from flow to workflow. This was done in order to better support the robust workflow of each form.
