Overview
This will walk you through the process for first logging in to Services+Support portal as an agent.
Steps to take (Portal)
- Go to support.ucsd.edu.
- Log in.
- You will now see 'Agent View' in the top navigation bar. Click it.
Steps to take (Agent View)
- Clicking on the 'Agent View' will bring you to a new screen.
- On your first login, you will be presented with a mini tour of the platform. Feel free to follow or dismiss it.
- You will be brought to a dashboard selection screen, we like to suggest 'Simplified Agent Dashboard' but you can talk to your team about what they use. If they use a workspace, select the appropriate workspace.
- You can now start to use the system!
