Release 16.0.0 updated the campus instance of ServiceNow to the Zurich release and introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates. It was implemented on December 13, 2025.

Zurich
The campus instance of ServiceNow has been upgraded to the Zurich release, our 16th major version. Releases will now be denoted as version 16.x.x to identify this.
Request Catalog
- Fixed an issue where help text in forms was displaying incorrectly.
- Fixed an issue with UC Learning checks on the UCPath Access Management Form
Response Templates
- Fixed a bug where only Strategy & Policy case tables were selectable on the HR Response Templates configuration page. Agents will now be able to select other HR Case tables.
Hotfix 16.0.1
Hotfix 16.0.1 was applied on December 15, 2025, and included fixes for the following issues.
Service Portal
- Fixed an issue where no search results were being displayed in non-Employee Center portals for logged in users.
Workspaces
- Fixed an issue where attempting to click on a case link from one of the the Simplified Agent Dashboard landing page lists caused a "This record cannot be found error.
