ServiceNow 10.23.0 Release Notes
Release 10.23.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on February 9, 2022.
- Added Talkdesk phone logs to the global search. Search by: Incoming / outgoing, start time, end time, duration, associated task record, agent, contact, and Talkdesk interaction ID
- Made cosmetic changes to the 'Submit a Ticket' form on the Advancement portal
- Updated instructions on the Non-Salary Cost Transfer Request form
