- We added fields to the Phone Upgrade / Accessories form.
- Added a new form on the BFS portal for Mass Award/Project/Task Personnel Change Request form.
- We added a new form on the BFS portal for Oracle PPM General Project Update & Task Request.
- We released a new form for One Card Requests for Affiliates.
Notifications
- We updated the contents of the case task notifications sent to agents to be more informative.

- Created a dashboard for SIS group.
Release 11.2.0 was implemented on June 1, 2022 and contains updates to several portal items.

- Updated the One Card Request form short description to "Update legacy affiliate ID card to One Card" so it shows up better on the catalog
