Release 9.23.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on 2021-08-18.
Case Management
- We have created a new integration between ServiceNow Case Management and Microsoft Teams, allowing notifications to be pushed to a MS Teams Channel when certain types of cases are created. The first batch will alert the various Communities of Practice for the Activity Hubs, Cognos, and HANA, when a bug is reported or enhancements are requested.

- We added a new IPPS-TravelOps approval, adjusted verbiage and assignment groups for catalog tasks, for the Oracle & Concur Order Guide.
