Release 11.4.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on June 16, 2022.
Service Portal
- We replaced the 'My Stuff' widget on the Service Portal. This improved version adds the "Updated" column as well as the ability to quickly sort and filter records.
- Added more instructions and helpful information on the Order Equipment Form.
Notifications
- Disabled an email notification added by ServiceNow in the recent system upgrade that notified agents about work notes added to Major incidents twice.
