Release 16.1.0 introduced the following fix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on December 17, 2025.
Request Catalog
- Added tooltip to the Campus Access Request form.
- Added new form to the ITS-BIA Request form.
Agent Workspace/Platform Analytics
- Updated the way name field was calculated on the user table so that it appends the username in certain situations when working with PA visualizations.
- Fixed an issue where workspace links to records showed a "Page not found" error message.
HR Service Delivery
- Removed star-rating average on HR Knowledge Base Articles.
- Added note to emails for new HR cases during holiday hours.
- Fixed an issue where the older name for HR Benefits and Work-Life Changes cases was appearing in the application navigator and the portal.
Admin
- Created logic to add placeholder names to active and inactive accounts with no currently set names.
