Asset Management
- Updated the automatic generation process for JAMF Asset Tasks to account for recent changes to Order Computer Equipment.
Dashboards & Reports
- Updated the Rainbow Table (Service Desk Tools) for the Service Desk's Agent Workspace
- Minor updates to the ITS Service Owners Dashboard
Data
- Fixed a bug where jobs with no end date (career positions) were importing as having an end date of 1970-01-01, instead of being empty.
- Updated Atlassian UserID imports to run daily vs weekly.
Human Resources
- Fixe bug where Additional Comments box did not show "(Customer visible)" label for certain agents with "itil" role.
Request Catalog
- Updated the Student Activity Hub Developer Request form to check for privacy course completion against the UC Learning API.
- Updated the Request New Inbound form to allow the user to delete or update their existing email, and reroute it to the service now team.
- Updated the assignment group on the Oracle System or Process Enhancement Form to BFP-CSS-Process&SystemsOptimization.
