ServiceNow 8.13.0 Release Notes
Release 8.13.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on January 27, 2021.
- We have slightly updated how the email selects the appropriate header and signature based on the case record organization.
- The OnBase Request form has been added to the IT Services Request Catalog.
- The Oracle Migration request form has been added to the Business & Finance portal.
- We have fixed an issue where records created from the Resource Transfer Request Defect catalog item was not properly setting an organization.
- Certain catalog forms that contained manually entered supervisor information will no longer erase this supervisor information when the agent opens the RITM or the TASK.
- The Work Health Management form has been updated to allow for users to submit on behalf of other users.
