Release 13.8.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

- Updated Department Code/ID to include leading-zeroes.
- Updated the LDAP Transform Map to ignore changes if the user name is 'admin'.
- Removed Pending Retire button to reduce confusion for users. Only KB managers/approvers can retire KBAs.
- Ability to keep HR tasks open when HR case is closed.
- Minor changes to Equity Increase form.
- revented ServiceNow from sending emails to gpshelp@ucsd.edu or irps-help@ucsd.edu to avoid ticket loops.
