ServiceNow 11.21.0 Release Notes
Release 11.21.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on October 12th, 2022.
- Reworked inbound email processing to decrease the time it takes to process inbound emails.
- Updated the description of the Mass Personnel Change Request form so that the user's comments fill out the description of the resulting case.
- Made verbiage changes to the Order Equipment form.
