Release 9.11.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on 2021-05-27.
Case Management
- We updated the functionality of the field: Action Status, on the case form. This now displays more useful information like when a customer responded, when a customer rejected the solution, and when a case has open tasks, etc.
- We deleted duplicate copies of cases that were created in error by an email action.
Request Catalog
- We released a case record producer form that allows members of departments supported by BOTS to request the purchase of goods.
- We added a question regarding VPN access to the BOTS: New IT Bundle form.
