Overview
Audio-Visual Event Services provides an array of fee-based audiovisual support and event production services for campus departments and organizations with recharge accounts. For a detailed list of services and examples of our work, see the AV Event Services Blink page
Follow the steps below to request an estimate and order these services.
Critical Concepts
- You must have a university index number. AV Event Services does not accept cash, checks, or credit cards.
- If you are requesting AV event services for a registered UC San Diego course, please submit a ticket by selecting Create Incident at the top of this page and include the following information:
- Course Code (e.g. COGS 1, ECE 101)
- Date / Time of event
- Phone Number
Steps to Take
- Fill out and submit the online request form at least 1 week in advance of the event
- You will receive a Audio-Visual Event Services Order Estimate via e-mail indicating the total cost estimate of your requested services.
- Review the accuracy of the order details and submit any changes.
- To complete your order, indicate in the reply that you would like to Accept the order estimate or Decline your request.
- Note: Services are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order to reserve equipment for the time needed, please reply to the estimate email ASAP and no later than 3 days prior to event date
- You will receive an e-mail confirming your order is processed and that a technician has been scheduled for your event.
