Release 14.27.0 introduced the following fix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on February 12, 2025.

- Added "Alumni Email Services" option to Email Services Form.
- Fixed a minor issue with the Order Computer Equipment Form, where Microsoft Surface Keyboard wasn't automatically populating when selecting a Microsoft Surface laptop.
- Made updates to Equipment Fabrication Form cost calculations.
- Added Delivery Room Number field to Purchase Goods & Services form.
- Added tasks to and removed tasks from the Onboarding form workflow.
- Fixed a bug where certain flows with sequential approvals might skip one or more of the approval steps.
Agent View
- Adjusted the form layout for SCTASKs on UCSD Agent Workspace.
- Made enhancements to the Cancel RITM UI Action.
Platform Analytics
- Platform Analytics is now available for all agents. More information will follow in subsequent releases about specific analytics capabilities.
Administrative
- Changed column name on from "Support Group" to "First Tier Support Group" on Service Offerings Table.
