Release 15.7.0 introduced the following fix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on October 8, 2025.
HR Service Delivery
- Removed initial comment from future HR Cases created from certain form submissions.
- Reassignment count is now a read-only field.
- Changing the HR service will now increment the reassignment count of an HR case.
- Updated HR Workspace Dashboard and filters.
- Secondary job cards has been added as a list below the primary job information in the "Employee Information" tab of the case view of a user's profile. Only employees with current or historical secondary appointments will have data in this list.
Request Catalog
- Added new option under Library Units.
- Deactivated the scripts that prevented students from submitting a request for their first ID card and displayed the related info message on the form.
- Fixed minor UC Learning bug in the UCPath Access Request form.
- Fixed issue in UCPath Access Management Request form to show the correct Requested For.
- Updated NGN Form so that the start date can only accept dates 2 months in the past (not strict on the day), today, or in the future.
CMDB
- Set up integration between CMDB and LittleForest, a domain discovery tool, to create objects in the CMDB Web Sites (cmdb_ci_web_site) table.
Talkdesk
- Updated Talkdesk transform map mapping to map from contact to Guest Contact.
