The following article goes over how to reset your AX account password on password.ucsd.edu.

Steps to Take


  1. Go to password.ucsd.edu.
  2. Input your AX account number as the username.
  3. Click "I want to reset my AX account password."

  4. Confirm the email address on the screen.

  5. A reset link should have been sent to your personal email address.
    • Please contact the ITS Service Desk if you do not know the email or want to change the email address associated with your AX account.

  6. Press the link in your email to input a new password.

  7. Click “Finish Password Setup”
