Bookmarking Dashboards and Visualizations


Overview


This article goes over how to bookmark Dashboards and Visualizations for easy access in the Analytics Center for agents in ServiceNow.

Steps to Take


List View of All Dashboards/Visualizations

  1. In Agent View, via the All menu, type in 'Platform Analytics'
  2. Click on 'Analytics Center'
  3. Under the Dashboards section and Visualizations section, it default shows all your bookmarked items.

  4. Click on 'View all' in the bottom left.
  5. This opens a list of Dashboards / Visualizations that you can filter to search through.

  6. Find the particular Dashboard/Visualization you want to bookmark and click the bookmarking icon in the top right of each item.Screenshot of an example dashboard called customer service agent
  7. You may now go back to the list of 'Bookmarked' items or the main Analytics Center page and see your bookmarked items readily available.

  8. You can un-bookmark any item by clicking the top right bookmark icon again.

Within Particular Dashboard/Visualization

  1. In Agent View, via the All menu, type in 'Platform Analytics'
  2. Click on 'Analytics Center'
  3. Under the Dashboards section and Visualizations section, it default shows all your bookmarked items.

  4. Click on 'View all' in the bottom left.
  5. This opens a list of Dashboards / Visualizations that you can filter to search through.

  6. You may view the details of any item by clicking on it.
  7. Once you have item opened, clicking on the "⋮" in the top right corner.

  8. In the dropdown, select "Add to bookmarks"

  9. You may now go back to the list of 'Bookmarked' items or the main Analytics Center page and see your bookmarked items readily available.
