Release 10.8.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on October, 20, 2021.
Email
- Fixed a bug where accepting a proposed solution via the email buttons would indirectly override/fill the “incoming email address” field
Case
- We added a new walk-up location on the case form.
- We added location data on the user table if the user submitted a Work Location Status form.
Reporting
- Updated several of our nightly scheduled imports to improve performance and decrease loading times.
