Release 11.6.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on June 29, 2022.
Service Portal
- We added some new options on the UCPath Reports Access Request form.
- Replaced the word 'search' with 'filter' on the 'My Stuff' widget.
- Updated the autofill on the Cashier Deposit Form.
Platform
- To improve system stability and reduce bugs, we are rolling out a suite of automated tests to be run in our QA environment before major pushes. This automated testing runs in various areas of the system helps the team verify that we don't inadvertently break something while fixing a problem or adding new functionality.
