Release 14.45.0 introduced the following fix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on June 18, 2025.
HR Service Delivery
- Created "Outplacement Services" HR service, and made available for selection as a subcategory by all General Inquiry HR Services.
- Set newly created required fields, such as General Inquiry Category, on HR cases when transferring from CSM cases.
Platform Analytics
- Removed NLU Component from Platform Analytics Workspace.
Secure Connect
- Enhanced the InTune integration with Intune's SecureConnect compliance check data.

- Made updates to the RRSS Application Order Guide.
