Release 10.33.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on April 20, 2022.

- We added a new Check Cancelation form on the Student Services Portal.
- Made verbiage and functionality changes to the Order Computer Equipment form.
- The cloud services request form has been loaded into production, but kept inactive in preparation for an upcoming release.
System Configuration
- Created a separate email queue for email. This will hopefully reduce the impact of system delay when we receive a large volume of email in a short time period.
