Release 12.11.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on March 1, 2023 .

- Modifications made to the Walk-Up Queue for The Hive to remove the spacing between Now Serving and Up Next, change the background color to navy blue, and minimize the upper padding.
- Modified the transform map for incoming data from EAH to standardize phone numbers into a format accepted by ServiceNow (i.e 8587779999) and created a fix script to transform remaining numbers that were no longer active in EAH, fix script "Fix Remainging Phone Numbers" should be ran in production after the scheduled EAH import.
