Case Management
- Fixed a bug preventing TMS trouble ticket information from being populated automatically in Cases.
Request Catalog/Service Portal
- All forms on the portal will now show a "Submit" button, instead of an "Order" button. The "Submit" button does not prompt the users for additional comments or delivery information. Instead, these questions are now incorporated into forms that require this information, such as those in the Mobile Phone category.
- Updated "Religious Exemption Request" PDF on the COVID-19 Student Vaccine Exemption Request form.
- Retired the Solo Orbit form on the Finance portal.
- Launched the Undergraduate Scholarship Payment Request form.
Groups
- Scholarships groups have been onboarded into ServiceNow under the Student Support organization.

- Made text changes on the Oracle and Concur Role Removal Request form.
- Fixed a bug when duplicating a case on the portal. The bug caused the original case to be duplicated more than once.
- Edited text on Budget and Finances Submit a Ticket form.
Data
- Added an ITS prefix to the assignment groups with an OIA prefix to ensure consistency with group names across the IT Services Organization.
