Release 14.46.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on June 25, 2025.
Case Management
- Made minor edits to the subject line for Solution Proposed case notifications.
- Removed Accept Solution/Reject Solution button links to users on the watch list of cases in Solution Proposed status.
Configuration Management
- Updated the InTune CMDB integration flow to prevent it from updating devices whose Discovery Source is not InTune.
Human Resources
- Added the ability for Response Templates to be shared available to all HR Agents, instead of just by individual groups. Template owners can check the "Available for all HR Agents" checkbox on the template record to enable this visibility.

- Updated verbiage of the "Mark As Spam' and 'Mark as Duplicate' actions for HR Cases.
Request Catalog
- Added a new field for Payment Transaction Number on the Campus ID request form.
- Modified the language on the SAH Report Developer Access request form.
