Release 14.17.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on November 6, 2024.

Request Catalog

• Updated language on flu form.
• Updated the UCPath Transactor Form to combine Access requests and Access removal request into one form. The new form is called UCPath Access Management Form.
• Made fixes and updates to the Submit a Business Office Request form. 
•  New Activity Updates Form for BFS.
• Update form naming from "requests" to "suggestions". Remove extraneous descriptions in Business Process case.
• Changed Purchase Goods Services form to radio buttons.

Notification

• Updated spacing between our notification headers and its corresponding values in order to reduce length of notification.
• Fixed approval Nag on Knowledge Articles.

Platform

• Change KFT RFA to false when status is closed/resolved.
• Adds the Promotion Program Inquiry service offering.

Asset

• Corrected the model identifier for 75 student loaner laptops.

Human Resource

• Moves previous "Human Resources" HR service group's organization to the new HRSD org.
• Added duplicate case functionality to the Employee Center.
